The staff ignored me when I pointed out that a truck parked in the handycap parking did not have a handycap plate or tag of any kind - for 4 days. The second morning had fruit flies inside and outside of the breadbox.

I didnt have breakfest but the stay was okay, I enjoyed just getting away and enjoying the peace a quiet and not be disturbed. Overall good customer service I did like that the tub looked dirty and the lamps were dirty, the bed spread and blankets other had dirt spots on them and I found hair in both beds blonde hair to be exact. I didn't like any of that especially for how much I paid for the room.

Stairs carpet was never vacuumed, showing debris and grass clippings in many places. breakfast is bare minimum. Needs improvement. Fruit baskets are there but remained empty. Coffee is the worst.

Beds were comfortable. Sheets relatively clean. Staff friendly. Parking lot had trash (food bags, empty bottles) and was not cleaned during the 4 days there. Rooms need serious updating. Tub was stained, walls chipped. Musty smell. Had to have staff come in and clean mold off a/c unit. Mold on shower curtain. Room only cleaned every 3 days.

Room needs upgrading. Breakfast was empty.

Wasn’t clean. Horrible smell the moment you walked in lobby and in room. Only stayed there because everything else in Cambridge was sold out for Ironman Maryland and we had to be there for race.

We had to wait to check in. The smoke detector in the room was taped up with black plastic. The breakfast buffet had waffles but no plates, knives or forks. There was cereal but no milk or spoons. There was coffee but no cups. The staff member there said they "were out of everything".

Good enough to sleep in for the night. Checkout experience was not easy. They put a bucket out to collect keycards and a number to call which didn't pick up. Why have the number? Terrible system
