But still not a great place. The rooms are very dark with minimal lighting. Decor is very dark as well and feels plastic. It’s just not a cozy feeling.

Gorgeous hotel
-
Not the level of service or amenities we expected from a luxury hotel.
-
Beautiful rooms and amazing location near Lake Champlain and restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay! Stay here… You won’t regret it.!!
-
Great room. Just a terrible view of a construction site. Had a great balcony though!
-
Huge construction project out my window, workers start at 6:15am. Would be nice to know.
-
the most sterile business hotel I've ever stayed in. the lobby is an empty hallway and there are AI pictures of food in the elevators

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and responsive. Jitters, the attached coffee shop was nice

For a Marriott-run hotel though, it just felt as though something were missing. Can’t quite put my finger on it. In general, and especially for any UVM parents, the hotels in downtown Burlington are six of one half a dozen of the other. We’ve stayed at the Hotel Champlain, Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard Marriott, and Hotel Vermont, and there is little to separate them from each other, except for loyalty programs and cost. Personally, I find mandatory valet annoying, especially when you may be in and out several times a day. Fortunately there are several public lots with park mobile available, essentially giving you and-and-out parking when you want it. So maybe the rooms will be a bit bigger at Hotel Vermont, and maybe your best bet for a bit of a water view is at Hotel Champlain, and you can nuke frozen burritos in your room at the Hilton, does any of it really matter? Probably not. These are all largely fungible experiences, all within easy walking distance of Church St and downtown. If you want a different experience go to Blind Tiger.

This hotel is very clean and beautiful. It is essentially located between Church Street and the waterfront. It’s highly walkable. There are plenty of good restaurants scattered around. Our room was immaculate and decorated beautifully. the staff were very friendly and helpful and even got a little bit of an early check-in! I would definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Burlington.

However, the staff was very friendly and nice.
-
New and in a nice location, right off of Church St. The room was clean, but I did have some isse
-
Also, housekeeping is only every other day at this property. This is not acceptable at the rate they are charging.
-
I was hoping for the hotels be much more of a boutique experience instead, it was very cold feeling and almost like you were staying in the office building
-
Brand new hotel, clean comfortable room, central location in the heart of Burlington Parking is valet only - the garage is not completed yet.
-
No housekeeping service during our 2 night stay
-
Modern in good location No issues
-
Very expensive and we didn’t receive the Marriott member amenities. There was coffee but no cups. You had to pay for breakfast - the room for one night was over $400 and there was an additional charge of $29 for parking. I do not know if we will be coming back.
-
Property is clean very modern. The only thing is how loud the doors are. We were woken by our neighbors door closing every morning.

The staff was great especially Jim who was the valet and met us at 11:30 PM. He had a luggage cart for us and watched the car until I returned to take it to the rental company. The room was clean, breakfast was great. I have stayed at other AC hotels and all have been wonderful.
