Home2 Suites by Hilton Buford Mall of Georgia

I have been staying in this Home2 suites every time I stay in Buford! It’s extremely clean, comfortable and convenient to many activities! The staff is great and make you feel like family! I have also recommended it to my family members when they come into town! Awesome accommodations!

They didn’t have a room reat

First time teying this brand hotel. Loved it and will look for them again in the future. Modern look. Up with the times. Great amenities!

Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Having the extra space and amenities made it feel more comfortable than a typical hotel room, especially when traveling and needing a place where you can actually relax. The bed was comfortable, the common areas were nice, and the overall property felt well taken care of. The location is also a big plus. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other things to do nearby, making it easy to get around Buford without having to travel far. We especially appreciated how convenient the hotel was to the Mall of Georgia area. Overall, Homewood Suites in Buford was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Good service, a convenient location, spacious rooms, and a clean property made for a positive experience. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Buford area and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Not impressed with door service but rooms were great.

Location. Breakfast area presentation, cleanliness and quality improved noticeably since my last stay in May 2026. Staff very friendly. Roomservice has not cleaned room for 3 consecutive days. When I asked staff for the reason, she checked and noticed that room was forgotten. The actual answer was - I guess the staff was too busy and did not get to it. Next to my room they had the same issue. I believe that the room cleaning process should be reviewed and improved, also the front desk staff should be trained to focus on customer satisfaction

Everything was excellent!

Everything was great overall. The first night was a little rough due to loud footsteps and running noises from upstairs, but after I reported it, the issue was resolved and I slept well the second night. Thank you to the staff for taking care of it!

My stay was okay. This chain has a huge problem with people smoking pot in there rooms and outside in the parking lot. My god I couldn’t get out of my car in the parking lot without the nasty smell hitting me. Its atrocious. It’s happened at different locations as well.

very good food. All day fresh fruit and lemon water available are very warmth and considerate. We will come back.

I loved the size of the room, the rich breakfast, the size of the queen beds, the location, ample parking spots, and the seating areas inside and outside the building, as well as the offering of fruit (bananas, apples, and oranges), coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7.
