The hotel's quality is poor and does not meet the expected standards. Air conditioner, smell.

The bed was super comfy and we like that the suite comes with 2 bathrooms. I did notice a few burn spots on the carpet near the foot of the bed. The mini fridge also had some issues while opening and closing. I let them know about the fridge during checkout so they could note it. Breakfast was great. The employees maintaining it stayed on top of wiping everything down. Which was great because it was very busy during the meal service. We would stay there again.

The hotel is pretty bad the pool was dirty for the price the hotel was terrible

The room was dirty no hot water toilet tan all night TV had sound issues couldn't get new towels elevator kept getting stuck and sink was backed up not a good experience

This is our second visit. The first time the TV didn’t work properly, and there had been a flood in the room resulting in the carpet being wet. The room smelled of mildew. We were moved to another room -no apology. The second stay here again the TV did not work, particularly the audio which Stuttered. We were told that a number of people had complained about this. The faucet in the tub leaked continuously and the room smelled with the humidity. The water dispenser in the gym was empty for 2 days. Water had spilled onto the carpet providing another mildew smell. It would have been simple to put a tray under the water cooler to catch the drips and avoid wet carpeting. As a Marriott member, I anticipated at least getting some bottled water for the room, but did not get this on either visit. The reception staff were indifferent and not particularly helpful. Breakfast was as expected. The one positive: Housekeeping room staff were great.

The rooms can use some upkeep and new floor and new tvs as well

Door lock is defective, TV terrible, Bathroom not clean at all, toilet rim looks like it has never been cleaned, Advised front desk, was assured it would be taken care and never resolved. The only good part about the property was the breakfast with the exception of coffee. blocked off Handicap parking to reserve for Uber drivers. Our OATMEAL was cold Elevator directional indicator was not working Over all - I give it a grade of "C"

Pretty central and overall nice vibe. The bathtubs were a little dirty. Some bugs around the room. Hot water smelled like sulfur in one of the sinks of the room.

Richard at the front desk was super helpful, kind and accommodated our requests. The rooms are a bit old, but clean. Really enjoyed the free parking and breakfast, though it was limited. Great location. I would stay again if I was in the area

I never do reviews but the hotel needs a complete do over. The pillows in both rooms were flat. The towels smell like mildew and were damp when we got in the room. The toilet would not flush correctly, it will take 5 times for it to fully flush. The shower dripped all night long. You had to go to different floors to get ice. The sink was tiny and it sounded like a broken motor when you turned it on. They really need a refresh. The staff was nice, but the cost we paid, it needs nicer amenities.

Unfortunately, the bathroom sink was clogged and the water wouldn’t drain. I called the front lobby, but since it was already fairly late, I understood that they weren’t able to move us to another room. However, it was still pretty unpleasant and unsanitary to have standing water in the sink. I ended up having to use the shower water to brush my teeth and wash my hands. Overall, the stay was manageable, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved, especially cleanliness and basic maintenance.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful anytime we needed anything. The location was also great and convenient for everything we had planned during our trip. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Buena Park! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
