Price The bathroom is in a motion light so when you are showering the light turns off and you have to wave your arm outside the curtain to turn the light back on. The sheets are microfiber, no blanket and both were stained. The fridge is covered in rust and mold. The door sticks and you can’t even get into your room when the light turns green. The front desk has a security gate they pull down at night and it stays down until 9am, it feels like a minimum security prison.

This so far the worst stay since I’m been working at colleges station . Front desk told I have the trash myself to the dumpster , no room service unless I stay over a week , no ice machine no breakfast

First room was dirty and AC did not work. Second room was okay, AC was not very cold and mad a horrible loud sound all night. Homeless people were out in parking lot, little scary!! Front desk lady was AWESOME, very friendly and helpful!!!!!! Cleaner room, had a smoke smell and upstairs person was soooo loud.

The fact that it came with a stove to cook food Elvators barley worked , the noise from neighbors , the police being called every other day

Very central location for work. Laundry facilities on-site. Floor in room wasn't the cleanest. Toilet constantly running. Towels provided were dingy.

They need a different type of cleaner, smells like a wet dog when you walk into the lobby just stale. There was roaches. No comforters on the beds only 2 thin sheets. I didn't even stay my second night. Nothing

This place was gross. The room and sheets smelled, the sheets didn’t fit the bed and kept popping off to reveal the mattress with no cover. There were no blankets, just two very thin sheets. Broken furniture

This is not a hotel and should not be advertise as such. Upon arrival I realize there is people living in this place permanently. The place looks dangerous from parking lot to rooms.

Don’t stay here, it was nastyyy!!! I payed over 300 for two nights and it was so bad that I couldn’t even stay there. The service was terrible as well. When I checked in the lady at the desk was super rude and talked to me like I was an idiot.

The gym nearby Almost everything , unsafe environment, men hanging out in groups all throughout the night and at the trash can, overpriced...UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT AND BLOOD ON THE THE BATHROOM WALL

I didn’t like anything. When my wife and I arrived there were men standing around outside with no shirts and smoking. They were also cat calling at my wife. We told the front desk and she said that it was normal. Then we got to the room and found a marijuana on the table and stains sheets and fridge. We left at that moment.

The only positive thing I can say is that the room was clean, but that is partially because it has virtually nothing in it. No top sheet, two flat pillows, no lamp... There are no amenities and no staff, so I am not sure why I am even being asked to rate those. I thought I would give it one more try because it was cheap and I will never stay there again. The property is filled with "residents" that think it's appropriate to talk at full volume at 2:00 AM, crowd around the front door with non "residents" making it hard and very uncomfortable to get past them. I felt completely unsafe staying at this hotel. They should really do something about their policies because they could make a lot more money if they did.

Very poor

Even though it was maintained, the number of bugs going around the room was so bad.

Close to shopping areas and restaurant I had to pay a late fee without ever being told that I had a late until they locked my door
