Breakfast was normally pretty good. 24-hr coffee and the happy hours are plusses. Staffw as friendly and helpful. Beds are too high for my wife.

They were in the middle of a remodel so job trailers were kind of in the way.

Mattress was ok. Worn out. Poor breakfast. Coffee had funny taste. Attendant was snarky and added a $20 charge for “incidentals” because we booked through Booking.com. I expect a refund.

The door to the outside that should have been key card entry only was broken. No latch on it at all. This obviously allows anyone to enter the hotel at any time.

Check in after a ten hour drive was rather stressful. No one was available at the front desk. Guests were instructed to pick up a house phone in order to request assistance with check in. Only after numerous rings did staff arrive at the desk.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool area was fantastic. Lots of activities for children. The hot tub was fabulous! Would highly recommend this place.
