Holiday Inn Express Tampa-Brandon by IHG

Location is perfect! Miss the pancake machine since it was broken down, but it's ok! Staff are nice Because of previous people leaving their cars on the property so that they can go to the cruises (Port of Tampa is close by) since it was free than to pay to leave at the port, now guests who are LITERALLY staying have to pay $10 per night for parking. Those people ruined the free parking benefits. And I say that because I stayed the same hotel on April and we didn't pay for a parking spot.

Initially there was a women who was quite the ray on sunshine at the check in desk 🙄. Didn’t appreciate her at all. The rest of stay including the gentleman that took over was excellent

For the amount of money we paid everything was just fine! The only thing was there was a big group and the young children were out of control running up and down hallways yellowing

Travel for surgery, microwave didn't work in room staff help us with another one, beds were comfortable

The air conditioning was very cool The breakfast was terrible honestly

Each staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and all around nice. We have no complaints- great property.

the hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. the bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure and heat was awesome. the breakfast was great. i was not happy about the $10 parking fee per day which was not disclosed when I booked the room. the air conditioning in the room was not cold as I expected in which the room was very stuffy.

The breakfast was incredible again just outstanding Accommodations. Special thanks to the whole staff and Ken.

Location is great. Vary clean and well taken care of. Breakfast is good. Staff friendly and the cookies at 6:00 are pretty good.

Convenient to shops and restaurants Air conditioning in the room didn’t work very well

Guy at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was first rate. Too expensive, but then all hotels now are too expensive. It definitely cuts into the amount of traveling I'd like to do.

Hotel employee at the front desk was rude and confrontational when I politely requested a complimentary water. His tone, language, and behavior were unprofessional. Two guests witnessed it and agreed This was an assault.
