Complained and the manager contacted us. He seemed very understanding and promised some compensation but it never came and then never returned any correspondence. Expected some compensation since the rooms are over $700/night and I would expect a quality nights sleep for that price. Very dissapointing!

Excellent hotel, immaculate and spacious room. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Downtown location is excellent for great restaurants and bars. 10/10 thoroughly recommended.

The location is perfect - walking distance to downtown Bozeman and nice restaurants for dining. You'll have to pay for valet parking. Had to pay for parking

nice rooftop meal

Loved it! Centrally located. Easy Access to Main Street. Rooftop was excellent. Staff was great . Breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend!!!
-
Hardwood floors so it was very loud with a sold out hotel. Shower was disgusting, huge gap under door so you can hear everyone in the hallway loud and clear. Glass door to bathroom so you can guess how unpleasant it was.

Great place to stay. Nice hotel and perfectly located.

Room was ready well after 3pm. Nothing done to make it up to us. Room itself was fine but nothing great and definitely not worth the price. Had to pay for parking in a public garage.
