Location was close to our Event restaurant in walking distance of hotel Hotel served breakfast was a plus! Room smelled like “wet dog” Rooms were Outdated Person working breakfast area never wiped the tables, slow putting additional food out

Snacks We were told we would be on the 1st floor, which we did. We asked to be around no dogs, they said no problem we don't put dogs on 1st floor. Our room smelt like dogs so bad. In fact our bed frame was all scratched from a dog. Plus the room next door to us had a dog that barked!

The room was decent but the surrounding property was a bit trashy. They charged me and our crew for parking...???

Have stayed at Hampton Inns many times and always good. Hilton should be ashamed to call this one of their properties. Staff not very helpful either.

Clean and quiet. It was a short distance to the corvette museum, and having a Waffle House across the road didn’t hurt.

Overall, it was an excellent stay. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was better than most places we have stayed. Slight problem was a squeaky closet door and a group of neighbors that carried on a conversation until about midnight. We returned from watching our granddaughter play soccer at Vanderbilt at about 11:30, so that also was a minor problem. Nine out of ten rating.

The staff were excellent and the property was well maintained and clean. The facility overall could use a good update to its rooms and public areas but the current conditions are quite comfortable and I would stay there again.

Only positive was that there was availability. The location was a traffic nightmare. The bathroom was in very poor condition and in a need of an update. The carpet might have just been old and worn but it looked dirty. The staff was great.

Stay here any time I'm in Bowling Green

The pillows were rank smelling. The quality of cleanliness & care was well below minimum standard. Mentioned to male front desk person & was not asked any questions or say there would be a follow up check. Rank smelling pillows.

The food was wonderful and really enjoyed that we were able to take a goody bag with us. The staff was friendly and nice. Room temperature - we could not get it regulated.

We end up leaving Hampton Inn. The room they assigned us had not been cleaned when we arrived at the room. They gave us another room and it had not been cleaned yet. The clerk said he could not guarantee that the 3rd assigned room would be cleaned either. Apparently they had a computer problem and did not know what rooms were clean and which were not. The clerk offered to refund our money and we ended up going to another hotel. Several other customers had the same problem. See above statement
