-The rooms are good very comfortable with coffee machine, a small kitchen, sofa and a great size. -Complimentary Breakfast is good and has great options -The gym is great! They also have pool but I didn't use it. -The location is ok, still walkable to the restaurants at Pearl but about 25-30 minutes. Doable during the day but a little of strech in the evening. - There is a bar but they don't serve food. I was surprised they don't have a restaurant for dinner. - They seem to be understaffed. The staff is nice but sometimes there is a wait for the front desk. I also requested housekeeping at 6am to ensure there was enough timr butat almost 3pm the room was not cleaned, so I gave up

Breakfast had a nice variety. Gym was well maintained. Room cleaning was okay but could be a little better (shower drain wasn’t cleared).

The reception desk was frequently unoccupied and we had to wait for service. The breakfast ended at 9am or 9:30 am ?? Seems like it should have been available until 10am?

Nice big new clean rooms.. good breakfast Not the property’s fault but we couldn’t check in for a few hours as the electricity went off in just the block of the hotel

The location was fairly convenient. The room was spacious and modern and the kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast was reasonable. Parking was ample and convenient (there is enough underground parking as well that can be accessed by the room elevators). Service was friendly. It's a 25 minute walk to Pearl Street Mall -- not a big deal unless you plan to go there often.

The staff was great! We asked for late checkout and they were very accommodating!!! For that reason we will be back!!! I did not like the heavy marijuana smell in the hallways and elevator!!!

Location was great, right next to a delicious Mexican restaurant. Breakfast was good, the gym was enough for a simple workout and I loved the black out blinds. And shoutout to Romeo on the desk who really helped me out with parking. Thanks Romeo

Staff was excellent and helpful. Only thing I would like is for information on when breakfast is available and hours to use amenities.

My wife has a very bad back and needs a reasonably soft bed. The general manager, Lauren(?), was extremely accommodating and allowed us to try 2 different rooms before we found a room with a bed that was satisfactory. The only downside was the room was next to the external ventilation of the hotel and was a bit noisy. Be aware of $25/night parking. Other than that, our stay was very good. Clean, very spacious, mini-kitchen, free breakfast.

We paid extra for a deluxe room. Wewere put in a handicap room as far from the lobby as possible: room 101. The refrigerator made loud noises all night. There is no handicap parking available. This room was clean but poorly ventilated and loud. I feel sorry for any handicapped person staying there. We left early it was so bad.

Bed was super comfortable It was sterile. Nothing interesting or special. After being a bonvoy member for 30+ years I’m DONE.
