We arrived early and the front desk staff was very accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Parking lot was full of debris, secondary exit by my room was propped open at 10pm when I checked in, breakfast was mediocre I’ve had better at other holiday inn express hotels.

My family of four came to spend the night over and we liked it, everything went well, we liked the bedroom and very clean i can say.. Will come back

Room was not clean. The property was not well maintained. Will never go back there. Now my belief in holiday inn hotels have totally dropped

La administración del hotel me sustrajeron 200 dólares de mi cuenta bancaria y eso no es bueno eso es delito y es por eso que yo mismo me encargaré de solucionar ese problema porque no es justo que esa gente atrevida me fueran sustraído dinero sin permiso y sin autorización. A parte de eso pagué 410 dólares x el alojamiento aparte de eso 50 dólares de depósito por si fumabas o quebrabas algo pero al final sustrajeron 200 dólares más. A parte que la mala experiencia que me lleve en mis vacaciones es que ni la piscina le dan mantenimiento tienen mucho mosquito en el agua, en incluso las habitaciones tienen un olor muy feo y los baños ni se digan terrible. Esa fue mi experiencia y ojalá no le suceda a unos de ustedes que estén leyendo este mensaje.
