Graystone Lodge, an Ascend Collection Hotel

We liked the layout of the hotel and actually took notice of the beautiful scenes in the art on the walls. The desk personnel were pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding.

Our family had a great experience. Customer service was excelent. This is the place where we will stay when we visit Boone again!

Good location, very helpful staff , nice property

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I will not stay anywhere else when I come to Boone! I love that the rooms don’t have carpet and everything was very clean. The breakfast was restaurant quality with lots of options, including ones for those with dietary restrictions. I love that coffee and hot tea were available all day for when you need a pick me up. The staff here is top notch. They went above and beyond during my stay and I truly felt valued as a guest.

Long day of travels it was comfy and clean. Best breakfast! Location was great and near to all attractions. I suppose the best scenario would be if it had a Restaurant on its property, but we end up eating maybe a mile down the road at a barbecue place which was delicious

Small rooms, elevators and hallways had an odor. Old hotel renovated but not modified to be more up to date!

The breakfast was a great variety and taste was better than the typical continental breakfasts I've been to. This is my second time at this hotel and both times there was construction. This second time took me off guard when entrance was closed. May have appreciated a heads up from the hotel but not that big of a deal that I wouldn't return for a third visit.

I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Boone area!

The uninviting dining area in the lobby area and lack of help with luggage even though there were three people standing at the desk chatting only got worse when we were told we’d need to request room freshening if we wanted it during our three night stay. Then we got to the room. It was clean but facing the busy road with a tiny bathroom. I even checked to see if they had a room facing the mountain side behind the building but had no luck. We decided to find other accommodations in town and checked out. This is a fine place to stay if you’re on a tight budget and just passing through. The location away from town and the university will also allow you to be on your way quickly.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast can't be beat. Maybe slightly pricey. I stayed in Margarittaville in Gatlinburg in a much bigger room for the same price the two days before.

My favorite place to stay while up on the mountains. Peloton, EV chargers and a fantastic breakfast spread, plus the clean room and powerful shower spray keep me coming back.
