We has to change room 3 times the first one the toliet kept running all night ask to be fixed they said they did but it kept running. Second room refrigerator didn't work. Third room had one roll of toliet paper no body lotion and mirrors weren't cleaned. Breakfast had no coffee ask for some took about 15minutes floors and tables dirty also no food when we arrived at 7am. We went later to sit on deck that was dirty and so was breakfest room at 8 at night.

Location We refused to stay here. Floors were nasty not been vacuum or moped. Dead bugs everywhere. Poop stuck to sides of toilet from not being cleaned. Dont know what was in the heart shaped jacuzzi tub. They let us look at 2 different rooms and they were both this way and smelled musty. After a week I still do not have my refund !

Hotel was not the cleanest. You can tell everything is cleaned at a very surface level without attention to detail. In our room there was old food under the dresser, crumbs in the pull-out sofa sheets, and unidentified spots in the bathroom. In the halls and breakfast area walls and cabinetry were filthy. Breakfast area was a mess and food was either watery or stale.

Convieniant if you have business on the east side of town. Room was basic and good value for the price. Mattresses could use replacing. If you don't want to hear the traffic on King St ask for a room on the back side of the building.

The location was the best aspect for this hotel. I paid for a hot tub in the room and it bothered me that was difficult to turn on and off, the flooring was cracked below it so we avoided walking over it.

Hotel check-in was a breeze. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay! We enjoyed this hotel very much.

Room was very clean and comfortable but what’s with the “heart-shaped” hot tub in the middle of the room.

Pictures are outdated. The entire building feels dark and dull. Elevator was out and sometimes the front door required you to pry the door open. The refrigerator inside the unit made noises throughout the night. You can hear your neighbors snoring. Front desk will take forever to acknowledge you and help you.

Convenient location Rooms outdated. Rooms had a weird smell. Fire alarm went off at 5am.

Breakfast was not restocked as the crowd required. Several maintenance issues including the front door. The elevator was out for 2 days. The bed was comfortable, towels easily replaced. Staff rarely acknowledged your existence.
