Nothing. The staff is absolutely awful and didn’t do anything to fix any of my problems. I addressed there was cockroaches in my room and the front lady was rude and the company has been ignoring me over my refund

Very worn down. Room not very clean. Faucet in bathroom was not connected to vanity.

Not much Was given a queen when reserved a king. Pre registered so they knew I had pets didn’t have a king pet room available. Hair in tub. Broken toilet tank lid. Problems with the tv because someone unplugged it. No working phone. Dirty. And the front desk staff sucked

Facility looked rundown. Breakfast was poor

Not ideal and will never stay again. There were several cockroach type insects in our room and food in the fridge so old it was liquifying in the fridge. I barely slept and would have left right then if not for my two sleeping kids. Attemped to message the staff and call but got no response. Breakfast was something I would not even eat - cold, old scrambled eggs, stale bread, and the drinks were fermented. If I had any energy left from traveling today, I would demand my money back. I do not recommend at all.

Just needed a safe and clean overnight after I picked up my son at the nearby airport. Front desk staff so rude. Would not allow us to park in spots in front of hotel even though rest of lot was packed and not well lit. Halls and elevators were dirty and dark. Room same. Would not recommend.

We arrived at 2 am.. Room had had someone else in it before we got there. Bedding had hair and dirt and crumbs in it and smelled like sweat. Bathtub also had hair in it. Won't be staying there again.

Not much Breakfast was horrible, place needs a major renovation. Thought Ramada was supposed to be good.

Dirty room, moldy bathroom floor and shower, taped over smoke detector, a lot of loitering in parking lot (felt very uncomfortable and unsafe).

Check-in process The room and facilities overall were worn down. Cleaning wasn't thorough at all. Room had residue of ramen on the ground.

The toilet and shower wer broken, everything there has been broken into by what would appear to be druggies who are also everywhere. The hallways flooring is coming apart and is a literal tripping hazard and also smells like wet mildew. This list goes on

if you book with a travel company instead of directly through the hotel they may try to charge you twice. Other than that staff was very helpful, room was clean.

Nothing!!! It was FILTHY, in a terrible neighborhood. Used condoms in the hallway. Room was absolutely filthy!!!! Mold in the shower. Hair all over the floor. The carpet was so dirty it was sticky!! Hated everything!!!

Close to airport, Free Uber airport shuttle.

Everything. The entire hotel needs a renovation. Nothing has been replaced since it's inception. The entire hotel is dirty and falling apart. I couldn't wait to leave and in hindsight I wouldn't have spent one night there.
