I have stayed at this property several times, very nice and comfortable rooms

I would like a partial refund because the air was NOT working and whenever I called the front desk it was NO answer. The air didn’t come on properly at all until we got ready to leave the hotel. I was NOT satisfied at all and I would hate stray away from Comfort Suites because it’s literally my favorite hotel to stay in. Every time I go to Blytheville that’s the only hotel I stay in.

The room was clean enough, ac was working fine, and handicap parking was close by. The issue I had was the internet connection was not working and the staff didn't seem to care if it worked or not. My wife was unable to complete her work task without the internet caused her reports to be late.

The breakfast was very nice! The waffle maker was a cool option and the blueberry waffle we made was amazing! The staff was friendly and kind. When we first got to our room it was very hot, but once we turned the air down from the almost eighty degrees it was set on, our room cooled off within a few hours and it felt nice in there. The hallways of the hotel were very hot. The elevator smelled like it was burning. We got a family suite with the pull out beds, but there was no linens for either of the pull out beds. We had to go ask for linens, but they said that they didn't have any pillows, so we got two blankets and two pillowcases stuffed with sheets as the linens for the 2 pullout beds. The pool area was very nice and clean, but the water was almost too cold to swim in. My youngest child could hardly enjoy it because it was so cold it made his body hurt. The toilet and bathtub were so low down that the two people in my group with limited mobility had issues using them.

Helpful staff, clean and well maintained property. Lots of free parking. Free breakfast. Perfect for our overnight stay for two adults in a king bed room while on a road trip. Lots of pillows on the bed.
