This was a great mini getaway for our family of 4. We have two kids, one is autistic and often needs to use a wheelchair - which we had no issue getting her around. We swam in the pool each day, played on the beach, ate dinner while watching the most amazing sunsets on their outside patio of the resorts' restaurant (Packers), At Packers they were very accommodating when it came to my daughters food allergies and just welcoming and accepting of her special needs. We were able to walk on over to the beach side of the resort where they have bonfires and offer complimentary s'mores kits and plenty of seating to watch the sunsets. The vibe was overall very joyful and peaceful. There is a cute arts/gifts shop across the way breakfast items, coffee, mini store and ice cream that we would walk. There is a very large playground right in the town of Blaine that we also stopped at a couple times. We will be returning very soon.

Clean rooms, beautiful property, great restaurants and the staff was so friendly.

The heating and AC in the room didn’t work. Staff was notified, and I was told “maintenance “checked” the system but needed me in the room to determine if it was working”. Not sure why they couldn’t determine if it was either blowing hot air or cold air while they were there but it was never fixed. A portable heater was brought in, however there was nothing to help with the AC problem. The bed was not in great shape visually or comfort-wise. A very old & soft mattress with a pad and fitted sheet that would not stay on the bed was so irritating that I got no sleep and had to go to the chiropractor mid trip to try and get relief from the back pain. I only ate at the hotel once, although attempted to eat there twice. The service at the main dining room for breakfast was not very attentive but the food was decent, and again, nice beach views. Second attempt I went down to the quick-service cafe near the lobby one morning and was told they didn’t have any food that day. In previous days, they offer a decent breakfast sandwich but for some reason nothing was available. Went elsewhere. The front desk staff were very nice and quite helpful. It’s sad to see what once was a high-end resort loose its luster.

Beautiful natural setting, stunning views from the room and such a wonderful place to walk around and see seal pups!

This is an absolutely beautiful setting. We had a room on the beach side with a door out to the beach. The property needs some work maintenance wise, but the walking paths, natural beauty, and amazing customer service from the staff makes this resort worth a stay. Very relaxing. Very friendly helpful staff. Our girls' trip was awesome!

Great room we had a beautiful ocean view will definitely book a room with a balcony next time . Saw staff out cleaning up by the firepits would of been nice if they wiped down the chairs in the morning but all in all a great stay

The pool and spa were wonderful, my husband really liked his massage with Teresa.

Staff were friendly and helpful (esp the person who helped fixed the bikes and the receptionist by the pool area.) We had a lot of fun @ the resort. There were plenty things to do, swimming, biking, playing pickleball, attending the zumba& taichi classes, making s'more, & strolling on the beach. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Our room, had Doritos on the couch and floor. Surfaces still had drink rings. We got a king bed, premium room. So that was disappointing. The staff was very nice, but it seemed they had no control. Wyndham, what happened?

Great view from a water view room . If you book a marina view room be prepared to have a parking lot view

Bed, Had wonderful sleep. Very comfortable. Bathroom, toilet tissue half roll and no extra roll left, we almost ran out.Kleenex box stuffed with a few tissues then empty. We always bring a box of tissues on trips. Constant drip onto metal drain pan, kept door closed. Floor had an odd raised breakage in flooring. Amenities- pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub great, pool colder than I might like but adjusted. Locker room showers nice. Outdoor seating facing bay, fabulous views, comfortable chairs, walking on beach. 5 stars. Staff, very helpful, great customer service with everyone I encountered. All in all enjoyable stay.

Let's talk about the good first, location is amazing and beautiful. Access to the Semiahmoo golf course was a bonus. We did play pickleball as well. Room was decent. The bad, the staff does not much care to provide a level of customer service that you would expect from a "resort" from check in to room cleaning. The worst part is the food and beverage service. Plan on waiting for food and drinks and be on your best behavior or you might not get either in return.

I had to use a washcloth to dust the room.

Like the water view from the rooms and like the balcony. It was fun to see families having a good time along with their dogs. The firepits and seating was wonderful, along with the free s'mores fixing was a real treat. We ate at the onsite restaurant. It was manned by some staff that wan not very friendly and they seemed very overworked. It took us an hour to get a very bad cardboard pizza and our server kept apologizing for the wait. Needless to say we did not eat there again. Another restaurant on the site would have been nice. Also, their drink menu was very limited. I can understand that they didn't have a big enough staff to make more choices available so we just ordered soft drinks, which did not get refilled until we called our server over and after an hour they were empty. The other thing that was a little concerning is that I never saw anything get picked up from the grounds outside. I finally started picking up garbage and people's left over clothes that was all over the grounds from the weekend stay.

Good stay. Little pricey but okay. Good for 1 nighter for a family.

Love the location of the resort - amazing views, fun lawn games for kids, free bicycle rentals make for a good 2 day getaway.
