La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Birmingham - Inverness

All good

Pleasant

It was very clean, room, nice and neat. Some pets had made damage to the furniture . Not the hotels fault, i want to make for sure that the breakfast staff makes a wonderful meal for the hotel patrons. THE LADY WAS THERE THAT WAS PROVIDING THE FOOD it was very clean and the food was delicious. For the rate of the hotel , that was amazing!

Pleasant

Good

The room was clean. The only problem we had was the bed foundation. They are metal and we had to change rooms because the first room's bed was so noisy...it banged every time you moved. It was loud and kept my husband awake the first night. We were given a different room, which was much nicer. It still had a metal foundation but it wasn't as noisy. You might want to switch to a different set up for the foundations.

Exceptional

Very good

Staff were nice. Lights

Exceptional

Peaceful Hair found in bathroom. Not mine

Pleasant

Location The very strong cleaning agent was very unpleasant

Good

Housekeeping for my room was pretty much non existent. I was there 6 days, housekeeping only came into my room twice. Each time, all they did was change towels and empty the garbage. No other cleaning was done, and bedding was never changed. I did not have the "Do not Disturb" sign out, and I was gone every morning by 9AM.

Cleanliness

Convenient. Cleanliness

The beds made a loud metal against metal sound every time you got up or turned over. Air conditioning unit was so loud I wish they had hot oatmeal with raw nuts and raisins and honey

Disappointing

Great location!!!! Very friendly staff!!!! Hotel is close to the interstate and close to so many restaurants!!!! Highly recommend and a great value!!!!
