Best Western Plus Birmingham Inn & Suites

Exceptional

Exceptional

Friendly Customer service. Clean room The price was really high, but I guess that's what happens when both area college football teams have home games

The breakfast was AWFUL. The eggs and sausage looked like fake rubber. The cereal looked as though it had been setting out for days. The only thing eatable was a bagel, but the cream cheese was room tempt.

Superb

Location was very nice and everything was really clean.

Complimentary breakfast was not the most delicious, but offered a good variety of options. We did have to go hunting for the ice machine, as others were out of order. We did notice that the elevator was past due for inspection. Additionally, cleaning service was offered only by request at the front desk. On our last night, the parking lot was full, there were several large trucks and trailers occupying many of the parking spots so we ended up having to park along the curb, but again the staff was very apologetic and accommodating. We didn’t have any real issues & would probably stay here again!

Exceptional

Convenient off the highway Slowness of check in, broken drain in the bathtub, No decaffeinated coffee at breakfast, no oatmeal, cold eggs and sausage.

Good

Very clean. Room was nice and no issues I don’t like the contactless checkout. I needed a receipt for reimbursement and was told to email the property and leave the room keys in the bowl.

Nice location. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly staff

Friendly staff, comfortable linen and mattresses. The bathroom could use an update.

Superb

Forget breakfast for there was no biscuits, no gravy 3 sausage and when we asked for replenishment we were told it's being made. This with a total of 8 people in the retsaurant. Las t Best western for us.

This is a property tucked away from the noise and traffic of a convenient main thoroughfare in Birmingham. The family run business is beautifully run. My room was clean with a beautiful view. The pool was a lovely surprise on a very hot day. The breakfast was lovely.

Great place to stay. Great Breakfast. Friendly staff. Very clean.

The room was clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I slept really good here. Didn't make it for breakfast because I slept in lol. Plenty of parking space as well.

The staff was very courteous and the property was very clean! The only issue I had was the wi-fi. Where the hotel is at, I didn't get a good signal on my phone so I was needing to use the wi-fi. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Other than that everything was wonderful!
