Residence Inn Seattle Bellevue/Downtown

Location was excellent!

Rooms were tidy and well equipped. My only complaint was the $19 parking charge when all of the available covered parking areas were for compact cars only. As a result, we had to park on the upper, open area during a heavy rain. Also, the stairwells leading to the upper parking garage were filthy.

Loved the hotel, breakfast was great, the room was fully equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast the best part of the stay. It’s better stocked with a healthy selection of food than most hotels. The staff is always friendly and listens to your requests.

Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean and affordable. Staff was helpful. My daughter really liked the pool, but it only goes up to 4'6".

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and came with everything you needed. I would stay here again.

The issue is billing for the overnight parking. When I checked in, I was told that the overnight parking fee was $20.92. When I checked my credit card, there was one charge for $50.00 and another for $10.00. I disputed these charges as I believe that I should only be charged $20.92 for the overnight parking. Then I saw the email from the hotel with three invoices. One invoice, initialed ISL, was $20.92 for parking and $10.00 for bottled water. Another invoice, initialed VKA, was also $20.92 for parking. The third invoice, not initialed, was also $20.92. I realized then that I was being charged for the bottled water on the table in the room. OK - I understand. Times have changed. But if the bottled water had been in the fridge I would have understood that it wasn't free. Unfortunately, I wasted my time trying to figure out this billing error.

Breakfast is a joke. No side meat options (bacon, ham, sausage) yet they offer a large tray of steamed, pre-frozen veggies (carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli). That’s more a dinner side and doesn’t typically belong at a breakfast buffet. Everything was bland. Oatmeal was par-cooked and watery. Eggs were typically overcooked and gross.

I loved my stay here. After a long day coming home to a clean and cold room was perfect! I personally love that the ac was on and by the time I went into the room. Such a spacious room. Staff was very friendly and kind. Would stay again!
