This is NOT as the pictures display. The smell inside is horrendous and moldy. Our room felt damp and the window seals were blown out and windows were soaking wet. I will never stay here again. Lots of noise from the light rail and people yelling outside throughout the night.

Room was old and the carpet looked so disgusting
-
Close to restaurants, pet friendly, lots of parking. The coffee stand drive up blocks the ability to get out in the morning.
-
Even tho the internet had some technical difficulties for check-in, the staff was incredibly helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I will be staying again.

The attached coffee bar is a delight with great coffee, nice snack-like meal options, ample seating, and very friendly staff. I can say the same kind of thing about the restaurant: great people, good food, and if there’s too many TVs the sound is turned down on them. Ditto the front desk staff. The building, though, needs repair and basic replacement maintenance has been neglected. Carpets are stained (but not dirty), water spots are on ceiling tiles needing replaced, curtains (in our room) were shredded, and some bathroom tiles were broken (but no mold was seen; the bathroom —and the room—had been well cleaned). Would we stay there again? Maybe but likely not. Should you? Perhaps it’s a good choice with a moderate price point matching the moderate features.

Too old

The hotel is dated and needs some refreshing. Its convenient for a work stay with a restaurant being on site and chick filet across the street. Coffee shop across the way is nice.

Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Staff and room seemed ok Morning coffee shop line blocking guests way to get out is absolutely insane! Ridiculous that we have to face some angry person who hasn't had their morning coffee and won't look at you at all. You would have been perfect but that parking is atrocious in the morning!

Rooms are old and not very clean. Beds were not comfortable. Would not recommend staying there. Location is great for being close to hospital but that is about all they have to offer.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Hotel 116. When we first checked in, our room was located in a part of the property that felt very similar to a cheap motel. Entrance to our room was through an outdoor, external door, and the room was in poor condition. The bed mattresses were falling off, and the toilet seat was completed scraped off to the point that we opted to use toilet paper to sit down. When we shared our concerns with the front desk, they acknowledged that the external rooms are in poor condition and switched us to a new room inside the hotel. While this room was a bit better, the condition was still concerning. There was a large stain on our bed, the room smelled of urine, and the toilet was rusted and discolored. The staff were very friendly and understanding, but we would not stay again.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon checkin we realized the pool was closed. The hotels.com description said it was open until end of the month, so that was terribly disappointing. Then our room. The remote didnt work. No help from hotel. Great. Unfold the bed, and theres a sticky plastic lid made into the bed. Gross. Tub will not drain. Great. Finger prints all over the glass. Nasty! Again staff un helpful!
