Amazing staff and hotel

Nice to stay. The room is clean. Including the breakfast and parking.

The free breakfast was excellent. It included eggs, seasoned potatoes, bacon, veggie sausage, make-your-own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels/bread, muffins, hard-boiled eggs, juices, and coffee/tea. A huge tip of the hat to the two Fairfield employees who were very busy making sure all the breakfast items were well stocked and the large breakfast room was kept clean. Checkout was smooth. One thing to note is that checkout time was noon (as opposed to 11 am at most places we've stayed recently), so having the extra hour available was nice. All in all, a very nice stay.

Clean, comfortable, good spread for the breakfast. Only drawback was pool was closed during out stay and there is not hot tub.

Everything. Staff was very friendly and accommodation was top notch. Cannot point out at anything which I did not like. A1 service.

My only hang up was the pool. It was quite the risk for injury. The bottom surface was really rough and rocky. It cut up my toes and my son's foot. My toes now have pretty good cuts on them and hurts to bend them and wear certain shoes. I would say the pool needs some work

Low water pressure for showers is my only complaint.

Everything was great. Breakfast was a little crazy. Not sure if that was because it was a holiday weekend. Plenty of food and very clean. It was just competitive to find a seat. I appreciated that nothing ever ran low so staff was working hard.

I got to the hotel after a very difficult experience with the airline i flew in with. Amy at the front desk very quickly became my best friend. The airline had disconnected the motor from my power wheelchair and when I spotted the problem I called the front desk and told Amy I needed help with fixing my wheelchair. She was in my room in seconds and instantly fixed my wheelchair. The room was quiet and comfortable everyone i met was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend a million percent!

We had a great stay at this property! Our room was great, the shower was super and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again! Friendly staff.

Hotel is as expected: clean room, free standard continental breakfast, and friendly service. Room was nothing exceptional, but it met all of our needs. The bed was a bit firmer than what I like, but it certainly was not the worst bed I have slept on. Location is great, just minutes from the on and off ramps. I will note that the building is older, so do not expect pristine walls and plush carpet. Overall, was not a bad experience and would go here again if I were in the Bellevue area again.
