Starting with check in the front desk worker was very nice and informative, making check in easy and stress free. We really were impressed with the cleanliness of our room, I loved the suite like feel, separate sleeping area from the living and dining area. The amenities were also amazing, from the adult only swim from 10pm to midnight with a hot hot tub not just Luke warm, also the breakfast was top notch with omelette bar included. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the Seattle/ Bellevue area.

Loved everything about this hotel. Staff was very friendly and professional. The room layout is amazing. The rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable. We'll stay here every time we're in the area!

We arrived very late at night and had reserved the hotel just a couple hours before, but checking in was simple, and we were able to get to our rooms and get some sleep pretty quickly. There seem to be a lot of families with small children in the hotel and we didn’t really hear any loud noises or crying kids, which is sometimes an issue when staying in hotels. (There was a family that had a bit of an argument in the front entrance to the hotel, and we could hear them from our rooms. That was irritating, but not the hotel’s fault.) . The guy that checked the scene was nice. Everybody who helped serve breakfast was nice, and, really I have nothing to complain about. It was a quick but definitely relaxing stay.

The staff was friendly conveniently located I was shocked but the condition of the property, overall it felt run down and dirty. The floors in common areas were very dirty. The windows in our room looked like they had mold growing on them. The pool area smelled so bad almost of sewage. I was so surprised to get this level of property form an Embasy Suites, it felt like it would be such a good option

The Manager's reception every evening was nice. The rooms were clean and the property very quiet. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to immediately attend to any requests. The restaurant however is not open Sundays as the website notes.

We had an emergency that caused us to arrive and check in quite late, around 10:30 p.m. Once we got settled in our room, I realized that we needed additional pillows and blankets/comforters because we were traveling with two adults and two children. I called the front desk to request these items, and unfortunately, the gentleman who answered the phone seemed extremely upset and irritated that we were asking for additional bedding. He did say that he would have someone bring the items up. Less than five minutes later, someone knocked on our door. I quickly grabbed what was brought to us and closed the door, assuming everything we had requested was there. After looking at the items, I realized that we had received only two pillows and a padded fitted sheet. We still did not have the additional comforter or blankets we needed. My husband called the front desk again, and unfortunately, he experienced the same attitude from the gentleman at the front desk. He was told that the comforter would be brought up “when he could.” We waited and waited, but the comforter never arrived. Eventually, we had to give our children the one extra blanket we had on our bed, leaving my husband and me to sleep without a blanket. We were extremely cold and uncomfortable throughout the night. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites properties over the years, and this experience was completely unexpected and very disappointing.

The furniture is old and worn out; it needs refurbishing.
-
Beautiful and clean interior, excellent and responsive staff, not too overcrowded, even on the weekend. It was the perfect balance between elevated, yet family friendly.

Clean, spacious room and friendly staff.
-
The noise of kids and people in the atrium during the chess matches so at times overbearing.
-
Clean room and working hot tub! Pool also a good temperature and you didn’t freeze. Only 2 towels for 6 of us in the room and no bedding for the pull out. But other than that, can’t complain! Staff very helpful and happy hour great. Good breakfast too! Would stay here again!
