Comfort Inn & Suites Bellevue - Omaha Offutt AFB

Tile on floor was broken and lifting. Inconvenient having sink in the hallway. Bed was sagging in the middle gave me a back ache and did not sleep good. Bathroom door should have swing in to open not out.

The staff was very helpful.

It’s was easy to get to. Several places to eat and shop around the hotel. Staff were very friendly. It was helpful to have our room on the first floor. Didn’t seem like the ac was working properly. It was pretty muggy in our room.

It was very convenient to Swanson Park and restaurants and shopping. Our room smelled terribly, I think of the glue for the new floor. Nothing else was redone, and it was dirty. It was as if a dirty rag had been used to wipe everything down, black drips and finger prints all over the light switches and provided toiletries. I was able to wipe the down easily with a clean cloth. There were also a couple of dead bugs in the corners where there wasn’t new floor. The breakfast was fair, but the coffee was terrible.

Staff were super helpful - hairdryer didn't work and they organised as replacement really quickly. Included breakfast was nice too

I loved the room we got on the main floor corner, #102 I think it was. We could park so close we don’t often get to.

The pictures are not what they seem. This hotel is very run down. My room had furniture that was clearly worn on the edges, the curtains had strange markings on them, the laminate flooring was peeling, and overall the room seemed dirty and not maintained well. I didn’t even stay for breakfast because I was worried what it would be like after staying in the room. This hotel was charging way too much for what you got!

Dead cricket in the bathroom, live silverfish on the wall, AC unit rattled, refrigerator caused food to freeze, bed frame creaked when sat on the bed and back door didn’t work. Breakfast was lacking.

I travel for work and stay in a lot of motels. This one was really nice and my stay was very comfortable?

I had to leave early for a work emergency, and management would not refund the 3 extra nights I prepaid. I will not stay here again.

We always stay at this hotel when we're in Omaha. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was always stocked with fresh cooked food. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

The property itself was nice but there was an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew in lobby and hallways when I arrived. Staff was extremely helpful throughout the stay and maintenance looked into moisture issue immediately.

Hotel was dirty. Also floor and door locks were damaged.

Room was spacious. Pillows didn’t stink of old sweat. Air conditioning worked well. I liked that there was no carpet. Staff was nice. The breakfast would get a 1. It smelled awful walking into the common area. I poured a coffee and it looked like dirty muddy water, I couldn’t bring myself to Try it and went elsewhere. Customers should be able to decide whether they Want this so called “free” breakfast or not. Then receive a discounted room only Price. The soap dispensers in the shower looked gross with build up. Definitely wouldn’t use. Dirty areas above bed with webs.

Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Shower wasn’t working the best. Close to restaurants and stores.

Aside from the small breakfast area everything was great.

Room was clean. Bathroom has some humidoty issues. As most hotels do. Was not happy that the hottub was not available. They should advertise that on hotels.com
