Served it's purpose, the hotel was outdated and could have used a deep cleaning. Staff was great.

There was no breakfast-coffee & toast. Wrappers were left on the floor in our room. Room was very loud you can hear everything going on in every direction. Will spend the extra for somewhere else our next visit to Beckley.

This was a decent place for an overnight stop. Very clean.

The room was not clean I found hair all over one of the beds, bath tub and sink. I also found empty plastic water bottle near garbage can and sticky mess on night table. I did go down to reception and complained and the guy told me that was the 2nd time this week he had same complaint and he would make sure they do a better job, very unacceptable.the breakfast was awful not a hot breakfast will never stay here again will pay a little extra to get better

The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked well. Microwave in the room was convenient. The price was very affordable. All of the surfaces in our room had a heavy layer of dust or debris on them. Something was streaked all over the surfaces underneath of the dust. I went through and wiped everything down before setting our stuff down. Ice machine has a lot of black mold all over the drip tray. There's nowhere to get drinking water. The water from the sink wreaked heavily of bleach

Room was decent Outside parking was bad, outside appearance was shabby and the small area for breakfast was too small, selection minimal and not exceptionally clean.

Clean, convenient. Arrived 10 min. Before stated check-in. Was told no rooms were available yet. When asking to use a toilet, clerk very rudely said "No- I'm tired of people coming in and ID'ing in my bathrooms. You'll have to go somewhere else." Just how many people trying to check-in does she turn away with her snarky attitude?

Checked in around 1030pm. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Received a room on the second floor, there is no elevator which was fine for me. The hallway did have a very strong smell of cigarettes, but the room did not. Room was clean. Bed is firm. Overall no complaints. Did not get the continental breakfast which is served from 6am-9am, and did not go to the pool. Quiet location not far from the freeway.
