Very friendly front desk personnel (Savannah). Nice big room. Loved the full wall graphic of the gorge bridge. Outlets on one of the bedside tables did not work - otherwise everything was fine.

Very run down. Stains on carpet and appeared filthy. Musty damp smell to whole building and room which made me sick. Air conditioning plastic grate broken. When I tried to adjust thermostat on the wall the cover fell off. Ended up not staying. Contacted hotel to resolve billing issues several times. Front desk staff very friendly and said they notified manager who didn’t return call and they could not help with issue. Go somewhere else. Lack of Cleanliness. Lack of manager to return call after multiple calls to address billing issues inability to Stay in room. Ice machine on second floor broke!

The staff and availability! It wasn’t kept up, no parking , desperately needs lighting and cleaning up behind the hotel.

The room and hallways were filthy. People were smoking on and in the property.

We also had to move to another room rate away as the one we were first to go in had a stale and foul odor. there was this one housekeeping staff lady who was very helpful and accommodating making sure they found us a clean room. Pool was closed as it was same time last year when we stayed. Skipped the continental breakfast but had it last year. It was okay. Hope you get your hotel finished with the updates including the curtains in the room as ours had rips and tears in them. Thanks, we will try and see you again next year

It needs attention to cleanliness

1st room not cleaned, 2nd room mold all over the walls and ceiling and a non functional smoke detector, 3rd room didn't lock and we had to take all of our possessions with us every time we left the room.

Nothing I am very disappointed in the way that hotel looked the bathroom Literally had black mold growing all along the tub. The shower was not cleaned it had hair in it. The sheets had stains on them there was no wash cloths in my room but 1 asked front desk he said there wasn’t any. The bread for breakfast if that’s what you call it was hard. Just a very unpleasant experience highly disappointed.
