I arrived at my favorite hotel and my favorite room—on top of everything being impeccable and full of feel in home ! They have wonderful coffee here—everything is wonderful. I’m at a loss for words to describe how good I feel at this hotel. Maria, the housekeeper and JYM, does everything to keep my room clean and smelling fresh. She is an excellent housekeeper; I really like her—I can't live without Maria AND JYM anymore lol 😍 I want to thank the entire team at for making me feel so comfortable and welcome at this hotel, which feels like a second home to me.

Had to change rooms because of the condition of the bathroom. The second room we were given the carpets were terrible, multiple stains, many were from animals. We ended up canceling our last 4 nights and moved hotels. We did have the manager come look at the room. She was very understanding and said the hotel was changing out the carpets in January 2027.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, welcoming, and genuinely memorable. Exceptional service from start to finish, I’ll absolutely be returning.

Definitely will stay there again, when traveling I book at HGI properties. This one is clean, quiet, and centrally located to much of the greater Portland area. My only complaint with this particular HGI is they do not stock any single malt scotch at the bar. Is it too much to ask to have at least one bottle of scotch for your guests? Otherwise all was as expected and a very pleasant stay.

Check in was super easy, Room was clean, nice bed. Room was quiet at night. Friendly staff. Will stay here again.

It was our stop off place before two more hours to the Ocean. It gives us a break and ready for the old two lane highway to Seaside. Loved It.
