Location was quiet and situated within a newer part of the city. Rooms were very spacious and staff was friendly. Parking off site in a separate lot and having to pay for it was an inconvenience, but overall, I was pleased with me stay.

They cancelled on me the day of because they were “overbooked due to maintenance issues”. I had this trip planned for weeks. The fact that they cancelled hours beforehand.

Great staff! Super nice and welcoming! Beautiful rooms and lobby. Quick stay so did not utilize amenities in our time. Great location!

Overall our experience was good. The staff here are very friendly. ALL of them! Only suggestions I have is that the couch and area rug could stand to be replaced. Or shampoo it really well, it smells. Definitely would come back! It's close to everything. The Rye Tavern was chefs kiss and in walking distance to hotel.

I’m not a person that is fond of hotels, but the Roost exceeded my expectations with how clean it was. I actually don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel.
