Location No soap No bathroom soap Too much money we paid and got very bad responses saying we dont have bathroom soap. This is Hyat property. How can u dont have bathroom soap. They siad use the shower gel for this. I need full refund for this

No microwave in room, room was very worn and appeared dirty. For the price, $220 or more for one night, definitely not worth the price charged.

Good location A wet towel was left in our bathroom from previous person who stayed we call to get it removed no one ever came so we left it aside I called about 3 times. I found a bug on one of the pillows housekeeper took a photo and said she will send it to upper management. Mold in the shower as well and lots of hair left on pillows and sheets.
