Staybridge Suites Austin NW by IHG

Really enjoyed my stay here. Daily breakfast and service ! The staff was pleasant and helpful! Family of 4 approved! No fees on parking was def a plus! Gym available and a pool.

They had roaches in the kitchen!!!! The beds were literally broken huge falling into mattresses in the middle it dipped way low like a beast layed on bed and dented it. The whole experience sucked!!

We stayed a couple of nights and slept very well, no odors, comfortable beds and extremely clean property. Worth the money paid, reasonable prices for what you get. If we go to Austin again, I will reserve this hotel.

It was solid me and my wife stayed for my birthday and I had no real complaints. The breakfast on Saturday was mid and the soda fountain had no fizz and the apple juice was unsweetened. If you can look past the smallest things it’s good. The kitchen in the room was extremely use full and the staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend going as a nice get away. And the price was very affordable.

Great stay! Labor Day weekend was busy but breakfast stayed stocked to the very end and had lots of options. Pool was popular with many guests and wasn't too deep for our little kids

Clean room, friendly staff, lovely pool! Perfect stay for a nice getaway to Austin

The room could have been a little cleaner, there were stains in the bathtub, oil like smears on the dresser and headboard, and the doorframe has some yellow substance on it. The pool was closed while we were there, but we were able to use the pool at another hotel that was walkable. At breakfast the juice machine was broken and we had to ask for spoons and bowls. They also didn’t keep the beverages stocked up, they ran out of coffee and didn’t keep the key stocked. It was an ok stay, wouldn’t book there again though.

We were in one room, had issues, and they readily moved us to a different room. This hotel is in a great location - close to 183 in Austin, but not right on the freeway.

Water pressure was very low

From the front desk to the room everything was great. The room was spacious bright and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I had the best sleep. I will be staying again. Please thank your employees. They were the best.

Everything was clean and up to par. Enjoyed my stay.

There were issues with the A/C leaking all over the floor of my first room but staff easily moved me to another. Downside to my stay is the disappointment in the breakfast, each day the exact same thing and on social days the ice/soda machine was available all day but on other days you did not have this option. If you aren't going to have ice machines throughout the facility you should at least have the ice available even on non-social days

Hotel was wonderful all around, breakfast in the morning, clean room, friendly staff. The pool was down for our stay but they gave us permission to use the pool at the connecting hotel so that was great. Highly recommend!
