Great location in the city and cleanliness. Everything was perfect.

I spend dozens of nights a year in hotels on the road for business. I have stayed everywhere from Motel 6 to Fairmont, depending on the occasion. This place was bad by any standard. The moment the elevator opened, the whole floor hit me like a brick wall. A used-diaper smell so strong it was hard to breathe. My room’s air conditioner was dead. After twenty minutes of fighting with it I picked up the phone to call reception. The phone was out of service. I went downstairs. They moved me to the last room they had. It was worse: wet puke stains still damp on the floor, and the whole room reeked of vomit. I was stuck there overnight. When they moved me, they had me swap the towel and soap myself. I had already used them to wash my face on arrival, so I took the clean towel and soap from the new room and put them in the old one. No fresh set for me. Just a swap. The next day they moved me again. That room was cleaner, but the problems were hotel-wide: low water pressure and a shower that never got hotter than lukewarm. Outside, constant construction and heavy traffic. Inside, other guests loud at all hours. When I asked to leave, they told me I could cancel with no penalty and that I would get a full refund. They kept the money for the last two nights anyway. I protested. They now say they are not giving it back. Do not stay here.

The power went out twice and the lamp above the chair I did hit my head on a couple times

I was bitten by an unidentified insect at the hotel. I have three bites—on my left pinky finger, right elbow, and the outer side of my right thigh. All three areas are very itchy, significantly swollen, and feel tight and painful when touched. I sent the message to the property management. I urged the team to inspect the rooms thoroughly to avoid hurting other visitors. This is a serious problem. But no response at all.

The price was the reason I booked. I will not book off price again. Everything! Black mold!!!

Exceptional

The hotel is amazing. Nice staff rooms are nice. When I got to our room the cable was messed up on that tv I told the front desk they instantly gave me another room . The breakfast was included and it was really good .

Can't charge items to the room like in other hotels. Mildly inconvenient. Pool was nice, cool, and clean. Room - lighting could have been better, water pressure in the shower was horrible, not sure if it was for all showers, or just ours.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was great as always. This La Quinta location is my go to.

I really liked how spacious the rooms were and how large the beds were- even the restroom too! I was not a fan of the construction surrounding the hotel. It just makes it harder to access the hotel. I also did not like that there were certain dark spots in the parking lot, especially where there was some homeless individuals setting up camp nearby.

Room was clean and spacious 10/10 staff was really nice and attentive. We didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but it would smell bomb! Over all a good experience

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Liked everything about my stay minus the breakfast. Wish there were a few more options than what we had. Otherwise, I had a clean room and staff met all my needs.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I had 2 tv's in my room but I reported one of them in the living room space not working to the front desk. I reported it to the Front Desk on Friday afternoon and her resolution was to hand me a 2nd remote. This didn't work. I went back down to the Front Desk an hour later and told a different Front Desk person my TV was still not working. I requested a service call the next day. When I returned to my room after midnight, Night 3, that TV was finally working. The repair person completed the service call. I checked out of the hotel the next morning at approximately 6:30 a.m.

Great location, hotel and room were very clean and well kept. Enjoyed my stay, I felt at ease and it was very comfortable.

The Rooms were very hot. This was not a problem last time we stayed.
