Nice hotel. Great amenities. Workout room is nice but gloomy due to no windows. The rooms are great, clean, comfortable. Staff at the hotel are so nice. Valet is slow. Tried to get my car at 8 AM and it took over 20 minutes. I had 2 cups of coffee just waiting for my car. The hotel is quiet. Off the beaten path. Rainey St. a block away. A solid hotel.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern, lovely.

Staff were nice and helpful. They provided all guest a token to use for coffee or cocktail at the bar. Our stay was overnight so we didn’t get to use all the amenities. I would recommend anyone to come stay.

Great location next to Rainey Street and the river trails. Walking distance to Congress Street Shopping and 6th Street. We were able to walk to most places we visited and used Uber, readily available, to anyplace over a few miles. Staff was friendly and helpful and premises were well maintained.

Location is perfect if staying for a game or just visiting. Front desk is extremely pleasant Ms.Angela is most welcoming when you arrive. Valet will hustle for you which is nice. Rooms are pleasant, amenities such as the restaurant Geraldine’s is a must. Rainey street is around the corner for some street nightlife. Highly recommend!

We called the day before about a check-in at 3 PM instead of four and the attendant told us that was very likely possible. We arrived for check-in and not only weren’t able to check in at the normal time of 4 o’clock, but they kept us waiting for an extra hour before we got a text saying our room was ready at 5 PM. Totally unacceptable. Also the valet parking is a rip off at $65 and not only that but there was a terribly long line to get our car the next day and you had to pay an extra $5 to boost yourself in the valet line, which I did and then our car still took about 25 minutes for them to bring it out. And then as if $70 for parking isn’t enough, I go to tip the valet through the app and it wants to charge an extra $1 as a service fee, which is ridiculous that they are trying to make money off of the valet tip. The ambience of the hotel is nice and the hotel staff was also very nice. The hallways were dimly lit, and the walls and floors were dirty and showed a lot of wear and tear.
