Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin NW - Four Points by IHG

The breakfast selection was typical although there were no non-dairy milk options available. I chose this hotel based on the strong reviews and reasonable price, so the experience was disappointing. The highlight of the stay was the peaceful view of nature from the room.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the convenience of the local restaurant, trail, and just the overall environment.

Exceptional

Specifically, the receptionist named Sai was very angry and rude. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and as a result, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. I hope you will look into this matter and address the situation with your staff.

Nice clean environment

I needed to stay another night and was going to have to move rooms but the man upfront was so kinda I got to stay in the same room. Great customer service!! Nothing

The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Location was great for walking to get a bite to eat and catch a movie at the theater near by.

Had a great time and the pool was a major plus!

Close to My daughters college, clean Need smart TVs. I have chosen not to stay here because of this before

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. We have stayed at this facility before and would definitely do so again. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and other businesses.

It was close to my daughter’s lake house on Hudson bend . Close to shops and restaurants. Coffee was great . Front desk staff was excellent always cheerful and helpful. Easy excess to Austin and to the airport . Better variety at breakfast . Had the same breakfast both mornings. Elevator was a little slow at time. More parking we had to park at the restaurant next door one night
