Staff is really amazing very helpful of getting around Austin Texas. Also, the amenities were nice, but also the hallway to head out of the laundry room to outside smelled like sewer.

It could use some updates but it is a clean quiet hotel. Friendly staff. The bartender at the bar is the best.

Enjoyed the pillows and the breakfast. The location was in close proximity to meeting accommodation making it very convenient.
-
The room was clean but the microwave downstairs was not clean. The bathroom was decent but i had hair in my tub.

Location is good with roads and highways easily accessible. They are supposed to be "no smoke facility" and they make you to sign a no-smoking paperwork, but it was "pot" stinking in the common places like the area outside the escalator near the floor where we stayed. They spray something to cover it up, but it is still Pot, it will smell. Flush was partially blocked, I had to do some water dumping in to the cistern to make it kind of work. filling water slow on 8th floor, toilet emptying very slow. Seems like no one check these things.

-
It was really clean and comfortable but the beds were a little too firm The parking is not convenient. Also, the drains didn’t well. Other than that though, the breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and all was clean.

I liked the central location and free parking That the water was being cut off a little bit before our check out
