Staff very helpful and friendly, not to mention accommodating. Front desk printed out materials for me and bar staff deliver food to my room. Excellent service from both!

There were a couple of problems with the room. The handle for the shower was loose and the coffee maker did not work. I reported them to the front desk the first morning and the shower was fixed but not the coffee maker. I reported it the second day in the late afternoon and someone brought a different coffee maker which did not work the morning of the last day (my stay was for 3 nights). I also prepaid for 3 breakfasts and only tried two because the coffee was way too strong and tasted burnt and the cereal, toast etc. was stale. Will not stay in this location again.

Hilton Garden near the Domain is always a solid experience. It's a very well secured hotel with perfect late night service with items. It's convenient for any happenings or conference located at J.J. Pickle Research Center or other nearby hosting sites. As was true during my stay in July, the water is just incredibly soft. I never quite feel like I'm clean, which is aggravating if you're used to harder water. I understand they soften the hard Austin water, but they likely need to remineralize somewhat on the other side.

Cleaning needs to be addressed and it seems that some areas in the room were thrown together quickly as the sockets didn’t completely cover the outlets.

It was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean; very modern. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice, clean, and in a great location (close to the Domain area). All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, and the parking garage was easily accessible and reasonably priced.

The staff were very helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay at the hotel. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. Kudos to the coffee, but we didn’t have time for the delicious smelling breakfast.
