EVEN Hotel Austin Uptown near the Domain by IHG

It was clean. Good shower. They tried to tack on a parking fee that wasn’t on my booking and the light behind the bathroom mirror doesn’t go off. Ever. It’s designed that way. I can’t imagine why someone would put that in a hotel room.

I really enjoyed my stay at EVEN Hotel Austin Uptown. The hotel was beautiful, clean, modern, and had a fun, welcoming atmosphere. I especially loved the security features for accessing the guest room areas—it made me feel very safe and comfortable during my stay. The bartender was also wonderful! She was extremely nice, provided great service, and made some of the best drinks. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I honestly didn’t have any major complaints during my stay. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable, and the staff made the experience even better.

You guys need to have a microwave in each room

Love This Hotel But They Charge Alot For Lobby Snacks & Also To Many Extra Fee & Parking

The electric outlets were not working olat the desk. So it was a mission to charge my laptop and to work as there were no other outlets avail besides at the bed or at the entry hall

The property was clean with ample parking and lighting. I didn’t like that parking was an additional $20 just for an accessible lot (no garage, gate or valet service for that price). I also didn’t like that there was only one person at the desk both times when I checked in/out so there was a wait.

Exceptional

Cleanliness and professionalism of staff.

My only complaint is the additional fees. There is now a $20 per night self-parking fee, which seems unnecessary considering there is plenty of parking available and no additional parking service is being provided. There was also an additional service fee of approximately $10 per night, and it wasn’t very clear what that fee covered. Aside from the additional fees, I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. It has been consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Location. Cleanliness.

Exceptional

The property was beautiful peaceful and very clean. The location was hard to get to a lot of highway traffic.

warm, professional and effective staff in a lovely environment I should have asked more clearly how to operate the air conditioning. I wrestled with it all night, unable to get the temperature to stay down or keep the fan on. If I stay again I'll be sure to get a primer on how to use this one black mark on anotherwise great experience.

Very good

Exceptional

This hotel is located very close to where our son lives and that makes me happy as it gives us the perfect place to stay when we visit. The hotel was elegant, scrumptiously clean and smelled wonderful. Much like a spa.

Such a clean hotel! Everything was modern & updated. Very peaceful environment. Would definitely be returning.
