Courtyard by Marriott Austin Downtown/Convention Center

The room was clean. Upon check-in and we were greeted by the very friendly desk clerk. He offered us housekeeping for the next day we said yes. And I also requested an extra pillow. We never did receive the housekeeping for the next day or the extra pillow so I had to call again. Also, I had to call for extra towels and drinking glasses. Other than that property is nice very comfortable nice bar and restaurant on site.

The staff were all excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious and the onsite restaurant was very good.

Location was great, easy access to points of interest, that we wanted to explore. At first I was skeptical about the “mandatory” valet parking, but compared to the rates of the surrounding Pay to park it saved us money. Sheets and pillows were clean and spotless. The shower in the unit I reserved had too much pressure in my opinion, on one occasion it managed to slipped off from its stand and wet the entire bathroom floor. Also no proper ventilation in the bathroom, and I was also expecting an include breakfast within such a chain. The bed wasnt terrible but as someone who enjoys firmer beds it was way too soft. The tvs are outdated need to be able to connect my streaming services if need be.

Walls are too thin, you can hear someone taking shower (or their alarm clock ringing).

The room was damp and wet smelling the whole 3 days we stayed there. The water took 15-20 minutes to get warm. For the price I was pretty disappointed. The towels were changed out for us and bed made so that was nice.

Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Could use more overhead light. Loved shower amenities.

Clean rooms. Restaurant/bar was awesome.

Construction in the area, and excessive parking fees , and traffic were bothersome. Rooms are nice but the coffee maker did not work. Our view was ugly roof tops. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Came here for the Olivia dean concert and it’s a perfect location from Moody and a few steps from the nightlife. Hotel was clean, rooms were cold, and valet was very helpful!

Air didn’t work ,pool was closed and elevator near room was out of service

Breakfast buffet was excellent
