Room for was clean and comfortable bed. Staff, especially Becky at front desk, were wonderful. Even the cleaning staff in the halls were so nice. The only thing is the bistro, which was a glorified Starbucks was undermanned and slow. Although the breakfast burrito was very good, it was very expensive. We will definitely stay again.

Ants in my room..

Main tv in the bedroom didn’t work. Had a show that night & checked out in the morning so don’t bother reporting it. All else was perfect.
-
The TV No hot water the whole time had to take cold showers. No pool. Fake wall thermostat. A/C did not work that well and was not connected to wall thermostat. Walls had. Bad cracks in it. Again!! " No pool"

The bartender was very friendly and the atmosphere is always good.

Left at 5:00 on airport shuttle. No breakfast available Bed and pillows not comfortable
-
Location Beds and bed pillows were terrible We weren't able to sleep that night
-
Becky needs double dose of English lessons and empathy for customers who have been duped

The A/C in the room kept us either too cold or too hot.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The air conditioner in our room took forever to cool the room down, even with a late night arrival. It did stay cool once it got cool as well. But aside from that the property was quite lovely!

Good place to stay

We made a last minute reservation and were so happy with our decision. The check-in was seamless and we had a spacious and clean room. The luggage cart was an amazing bonus as I was traveling with my mother. We were also so relieved to see the Bistro was open until 10pm and the food and service was really good.

I’m a business traveler and often work from the room. The room was well set up for working; large desk, good access to electrical outlets and good lighting for zoom calls. I would definitely stay here again.
