Homewood Suites by Hilton Augusta Gordon Highway

All good

From the front desk to the housekeeping and the room itself, I wish I could give 10 stars ! You were all amazing and I’m so mad I don’t remember the lady at the front desk her name but she was so helpful and went above and beyond , she checked us both in and out very helpful and kind to me and my girlfriend! All three ladies at the desk were amazing and very friendly , you guys have a great staff and I haven’t had an experience like this in so long!

I checked back in the same day. I didnt get my point from Hilton. I had to go down Friday Saturday and Sunday about my room. Other than that it wasn't bad.

Room was clean and nice!!

Nice hotel. 4.5 stars.

Customer service is very bad. I asked for upper floor, she told me we don’t have. She gave me ground floor. When I went in the rooms, it’s completely dark, laundry noice. I returned to deck I told her I am not going stay in this room then she gave me 3rd floor. That room stay it’s ok still I am very disappointed because there is roches, curtains came out from grip and bathroom door is defective.

The staff was great! They were very accommodating!!

Clean room with plenty of space. Nice breakfast choices compared to standard hotel service.

The staff was so nice and knowledgable about the area. They gave us lots of great places to take our kids to. We had a blast.

It always seems that after you leave, someone enters your room and looks through your dressers. I don't know what they're looking for and on one incident left my son's door open. But so far nothings missing 😕 otherwise everything was great 👍

We stayed in the king bedroom suite from Thurs-Sun, the room was really clean and nice! Love that there's a kitchen with cooking tools and appliances even though we didn't cook, the microwave and fridge came in handy for our 3 nights stay. I like that there is also a ceiling fan above the bed so you get a breeze even when the ac stops running. The staff were really friendly and they had delicious complimentary breakfast from 6am until 10am and kept it stocked so everything was always fresh and yummy. They also use a good brand of shower products by Crabtree and Evelyn which we both enjoyed a lot after a humid day outside. Also this place was close to Fort Gordon (Eisenhower) and the Augusta Mall which was perfect for our stay.

Greatest bang for the buck

Great place, clean, convenient to a lot of things. Very nice spacious room with a small kitchen. Great place to stay for the weekend and very pet friendly as well.

Excellent . Breakfasts only issue was low by 9 no good . Even cereal had no milk.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful larger than I thought it would be. Very clean. The breakfast was very good.

Everything was perfect

We were very pleased with our stay! Easy check-in the bed was super comfy and everything was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was fully equipped but the skillet was showing its age with scratches in the non-stick coating. Otherwise, eveything was good.

My stay was amazing. No complaints.
