It’s just ok for a night or two.

Super place to stay. Excellent recommendation for dinner from the staff. Extra clean and really nice place. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Great location and friendly staff. The air in the room made a funny noise while it was running. It also never got below 70.

Room seemed clean except the floors. When walking in socks, they were dirty.

Had to have a deposit of $200 to be placed on card or cash! It will be returned after room inspection is completed! I recommend that you bring cash to get it immediately back!!!

The beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to get up and handle business. Staff was so nice. Great attitudes to accommodate me and my daughter. Even when I needed packages to be delivered for my daughter's stay in college. We woke up late and didn't get breakfast, but the attendant got us some muffins, juice and fruit to hold us over. Wonderful staff!! There was nothing that I could say I didn't like. The weather was crazy, lol. Something they had no control of. Overall it was a great stay. I would stay again

Our Stay at Quality Inn in Auburn was very Comfortable. Stephanie was Professional and polite and Rick as well! We really Enjoyed our Stay there. The room was Very clean, neat and Comfortable!

Gym needed to have the air on auto. It felt like a sauna which made it hard to workout. The equipment definitely needs updated. The treadmill didn’t even work correctly. The water container was never filled or replaced for our 3 night stay. The vending machine for drinks never worked. There is a radio repair shop over the bushes behind the hotel. Loud was an understatement. Disturbed us durning late hours. You could feel the vibrations.

The premises was very clean, green space, room very clean and bed very comfortable Coffee, tv guide & better directions to get on internet

Room was infested with insects, we had to leave. Then they refused to refund us the first night because we "canceled too late."

This property has a serious moisture problem. All of my clothing were moist to the touch, having absorbed the moldy smelling humidity inside of the room. Very disappointing.

I’ve stayed here several times while my daughter has been going to college at Auburn. I think it’s probably the cheapest place in town and for the price it is a great place to stay. I was disappointed this time that there was a single hair in the bathtub. Other than that, it was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is very continental. There are waffles, which makes my kids happy. If you like coffee, this is not the place to drink coffee. The coffee is terrible.

Management has a ridiculous policy if your address is local. I had to pay a $200 CASH deposit before I could access the room, even though they already had my credit card information. I didn’t understand the reasoning and found it very inconvenient to have to access an ATM for that much cash before I could get a room key. My cash was refunded on check-out. Even though the room was good, I will not stay here again.

Upon arrival I was informed by the clerk that I owed a $200.00 deposit, cash only. I appreciated the fact that they are insuring there services and good, however it would have been nice knowing that prior to arrival.

The covered patio with a smoking section was extremely comfortable and accommodating.

Something was leaking in the bathroom the entire time we were there and the leak was running out into the room.

Won’t stay again.
