My room was sp clean and comfortable

Check in wasn't great. The young lady at the front desk seemed like she didn't want to check us in because my maiden name was on the reservation even with showing her multiple proofs or name change. Also, the restaurant didn't even offer cake for my husband birthday. The rest of the hotel stay was good.

When I arrived to the hotel I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for my room after I called and asked for early check-in two weeks prior and I still had to wait.

I found a used pillow cover fenced in water inside the bathroom! Don’t know how it could have been overlooked. The housekeeping team came over to clean the room once again and the reception lady promptly changed the room anyway. Bit left a sour taste. Disappointed to say the least.

First of all the hotel rooms are very dirty. As soon as we walked into room they had used tissues around beds and bath tub wasn’t clean at all. When we complained about it to the staff they said they’re overbooked , didn’t even apologise and didn’t offer to clean it so we had to clean it ourselves because they promised to change our room next morning. When we requested towels and pillows thru the phone they kept hunging up on us. The next morning we complained again and asked to give them time to change our room and at the end they didn’t even changed our rooms didn’t even bring pillows and towels we requested and charged us for coffee pack that we asked. The worst ever experience happened. Will never come back to this place.

Bars closing at 6 pm on a Sunday in a casino? Eateries closing at 6 pm in a Sunday? Terrible uncomfortable beds. AC didn’t work. Won’t stay again.

My room could have been cleaned better. I found a wet towel behind the sofa, and there was a lot of dust bunnies also behind the sofa. My stay there was comfortable, didn’t really spend much time in the room so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
