Loved the hotel! We were on the second floor but had such a beautiful scene of the skyline. Gorgeous and stunning. When I return to ATL I will most definitely be staying here again! No complaints...

It appears that the hotel staff are placing patrons who book their rooms through third party websites are being placed in the worst possible rooms in the hotel. I was not placed in the hotel room with a balcony that I had originally booked and the hotel manager was extremely insensitive regarding the matter, she acted as if the hotel received the incorrect booking information from Expedia and even after knowing that their staff was providing her with the wrong information over the phone. She suggested that based on the information that she had placed me in the wrong room and would have to place me in a smaller room, all while knowing the Expedia representative did not understand how to read the reservation code. This appears to be a common practice at this hotel because I booked a room a couple years ago and when I checked into the hotel, the staff downgraded the room type, which is exactly what happened to me this stay. This was my favorite hotel in Atlanta but I’m seriously considering never staying at this hotel again.
