There was a major issue with the hotel during my stay where we were unable to have hot water and unable to order food and beverages after 5 pm one night if my stay. Forced to go elsewhere.

and helpful, gave us a very nice room with a beautiful view. Very pleasant experience would highly recommend.

I had a horrible experience. I stayed the weekend for a conference. We were not notified that there was no hot water. When we attempted to speak to someone about it we were met with extreme hostility and aggressiveness. When the hot water finally turned back on a day later, my shower has clumps of hair from previous guests that clearly was not cleaned and sanitized properly, at check out I notified them of my concerns and they said they would get back to me regarding a refund and I never heard back them. Not only was this an awful experience, I waited 45 min to get my car that I had called down to valet for well before I came down. They were extremely disorganized and if I didn’t have the conference, I would have stayed somewhere else. For the money and the recognition this place has, I was beyond disappointed and will never stay here again.

There was no hot water so had to cancel my reservation

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was that valet parking is the only option.

Got out of my Lyft, taken to check in only to find out I had to call for another Lyft to go to The Westin because they had a gas leak and no hot water. No transportation to get me there either. After waiting 30 minutes I had to find my own way or walk. Bad knee and lugage, I wasn’t walking.

Great hotel, very nice clean beautiful good bar restaurant safe easy to shop my only complaint was the charge for parking 50-60? A night. When I booked on hotels.com I thought it was included. Hotel is pricey you would think parking would be included or less
-
having a refrigerator for leftovers was disappointing, but I would recommend staying and would definitely stay again.

Bed was comfortable, great location, and the hotel overall was very beautiful both inside and out. Was charged a $200 incidental fee for a one night stay which I am not able to receive a refund for. I called the hotel a total of 6 times regarding this, 3 of the calls I was put on hold until either the call ended or someone simply hung up. I was told I would get the funds if I just keep waiting or that they had been released, however the bank says the fee was charged as something totally different and I have no refund being processed. I tried to dispute the charge with no success because even in the receipts the hotel sent me the fee is listed as something else entirely. The staff were kind at check in and check out, but not helpful regarding this fee. They also did not inform me of the paid parking or WiFi situation and almost charged me a second time for the room at check out until I corrected them. At check in the incidental fee cost was not disclosed before I had to pay and I was never informed of this fee when booking the room online. I also had what I assume to be a bachelorette party happening in the room next door to ours and could hear music, talking, and laughing for almost the entire duration of our stay (both morning and night). I wouldn’t stay here again and feel as though I wasted $450 on a one night stay that did not live up to the luxury title they empathize on so much.

The jacuzzi didn’t work however the staff was excellent!!!!! In all areas

The room was clean and nice enough, but there was a gas leak outside somewhere, so we didn't have hot water until the morning. I know that things are not always possible to control, but we still paid for the room and $50 for parking (though we parked ourselves) and couldn't have a hot shower when we wanted one. Some revelers awakened us at 2:00 am as well. We have stayed here before, and it was better.
-
Horrendous stay. There was no hot water due to a gas leak and we were never told. I overheard another guest say it in the elevator. When we brought it up to the concierge he was so rude and yelling at us. The valet was AWFUL. They had no clue what they were doing and were so unprepared for a conference weekend. It was just the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I miss when it was the ritz.

No hot water, no running hot spa, Didn't tell us before checking in or we would have gone somewhere else. Kept saying it will be repaired, and it wasn't.

Loved our stay here. Staff were helpful and room was spacious and comfortable. Parking is a bit steep $ wise but we knew that going in
-
This is an amazing property. The parking was almost half the cost of the room which I found to be exorbitant, but staff was doting and always happy to help.
-
Very enjoyable except for the water main break and no hot water. Hotel was very generous in their compensation
