Everytime I am visiting ATL, I will be staying here from now on.

Loves the place will definitely go back. Only down side is no microwave in the rooms. I loved the concept of the elevators

A gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Midtown. Walkable area near a ton of food options and attractions. Beware of parking costs!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Only thing I did not like was the fact that the room we got did not have a door to the shower and the shower head had horrible water pressure and no range. I didn’t like the toilet in the bathroom either, looked like a huge urinal. Overall enjoyed the stay, had no issues and housekeeping was always available. Loved the nightlife on the weekend as well in the food area connected to the shopping center.

The hotel lobby and the restaurant/bar areas are attractive. We wanted a hot NA expresso drink (cappuccino) before going out Saturday night but we could not get one. There is a beautiful expresso machine at the bar?! The bartender tried to help us but we didn't want to be troublesome. We went elsewhere. Our room door had a big stain on it that was not reassuring us to enter. The room showed wear and rear with some banged up corners and rust. A part of the bathroom door was visibly damaged. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The We did use the safe and refrigerator, both were fine. At check out, we needed of ice for our travel mugs and a small cooler. The ice machine on our floor was non-operational. Same for the next higher floor. Our room phone did not work so we had to walk to the elevators to use the phone there. The front desk clerk said someone would be up to address the phone and ice. We waited for 15 minutes and no one came so we went downstairs. Once we were in the lobby, the receptionist was very attentive and kind. She apologized for the phone not working and our inability to find ice. She also gave me points on my new Hilton Honors account. The valet service personnel were all wonderful.

Ac was broken and pool was not available when we went. Hotel room was very worn out. The location is convenient to many Atlanta hot areas like arts museum politician row food hall and more

Great location and service

The room smelled a bit like it had a sewage backup at one point, there was a blood stain on the bottom of the comforter. The wifi never worked and when I called the front desk to try to resolve it, the room phone's battery died because it wasn't charging. OH, we booked this hotel for the proximity to an event and the fact that we could cool down at the pool. Nope, pool was out of service (but they let us use their sister hotel's pool which was about an 8 minute walk away.) For the price, I was surprised at all those misses.

Love This location and will be back to visit very beautiful and it’s in the heart of midtown close to colony square and plenty of more restaurants

The front desk always seemed to be stuck with a long line but the employees there really did their best. Anything extra we needed(toiletries) at the room was delivered within minutes. The Ac did mess up on two days in a row but luckily they were able to fix it in a reasonable time.

The hotel is in a beautiful, walkable area, with dining and shopping close by. The design is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and we received superb customer service.

Everything was great! Great selection of restaurants, clean room, good entertainment!

We enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for the shaky knees festival, and the hotel was a very easy walk to the the entrance at Piedmont Park. The staff is very friendly. The room was comfortable but have used a few upgrades like a working vent fan in the shower. Loved the food hall — the chicken shawarma bowl at Sahirah Kebab & Curry was delicious as were the tacos from Pretty Little Tacos. The hotel is also in a good location for walking around an exploring midtown. Will be back!

The clean large room and comfy bed was made better with great breakfast and the most helpful staff i have experienced in a long time. We will definitely book again
