needs a lot of work to match the quality of its surroundings. With stronger management, better housekeeping, proper inspections, disability-awareness training, and more professional customer service, this location could be much better. This hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness, professionalism, customer service, disability awareness, patience, teamwork, and management. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I would not stay at this location again. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE — THIS LOCATION NEEDS SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT This was my first time staying at this hotel location, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I have stayed at many other hotels and had wonderful experiences, so I know this is not the level of service guests should expect. My biggest concern was the lack of patience and respect from the staff. I was left standing and waiting while other customers were helped ahead of me. As a Deaf person, communication sometimes requires a little patience and understanding. Instead, I experienced a staff member who showed very little patience with me. This made me feel unwelcome and that this location was not disability-friendly.People with disabilities deserve the same patience, dignity, respect, and quality of service as every other guest. Management seriously needs to improve disability-awareness and customer-service training so Deaf and disabled guests feel welcome and respected.Housekeeping and cleanliness were also major problems. My room was not cleaned to the standard I would expect from a professional hotel. I have housekeeping experience myself, so I understand how rooms should be properly cleaned, prepared, and inspected before a guest checks in.There were also communication difficulties with some housekeeping staff. The main issue is not what language someone speaks—it is whether the hotel has a professional system that allows staff and guests to communicate effectively and respectfully. Housekeeping should work as a team, treat guests professionally, and make sure every room is properly cleaned.Management and inspectors need to pay closer attention to the condition of the rooms and the performance of the housekeeping team. Every room should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected BEFORE a guest is given the room. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that the town and surrounding area are beautiful. The hotel is in a beautiful area, but this property nee

Location was good for what I had going on. In my room the cushioned bench at the door on the bed had stained marks on it.

The carpet is filthy. Under the bed was dog food or rat droppings . It doesn’t look like anyone looked under bed at all. It was a fight and the phone did not work to report the noise. Come to find out it was no security on the property. Someone was knocking on doors asking for help, her boyfriend hit her. It was so scary. The commotion sound like gunshots at first and it took so long for the police to come.

Management should probably experience a stay at a real hotel to realize that they should step up their game. That’s all!

The location suited our needs. Staff although appearing to be helpful, were not, they just wanted you to go away and provided you with no assistance at all.

The only good thing at this hotel as I stated before on my comments from September 10 has been the staff. I was told that the hotel now is being sold and hopefully we’ll get a new owner that will care more than about the hotel than the last previous owner, who was obviously milking it for money. This once was a flagship Laquinta right beside the corporate officers Home Depot the owner should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of care for customer pride owning a business and doing the right thing there are no amenities that I can speak of that was worth seeing this trip. The market room is nothing to be talked about. The only good thing was the staff as always they seem to be holding strong, even with their worst support of management and ownership.
