Nice and clean The location balcony was not like what it was showing I could have saved money. The noise was outrageous outside our room. NO PARKING. Had to pay to park overnight valet was full. No complimentary breakfast

The location was close to many attractions in downtown Atlanta. The hotel was very nice and the room was very nice and clean. The parking situation, which is expected in downtown Atlanta.

Arrived at 9:30pm and the room we had pre-paid for was not available. Front desk assistant stated that they overbooked the rooms and didn't have anymore left. I pre-paid for the room in hopes that it would be reserved for us but I guess that doesn't matter. We accepted another room type that was less than what we had booked because it was late. Furthermore, the first room we were assigned did not have working air conditioning. So we went back to the front desk to request another room. The front desk staff seemed less than concerned about the additional inconvenience. Very disappointing experience.

Good location. Parking is limited and we had to park in a garage down the street. Dinning is open late and the well stocked market is open 24 hrs. Clean room and helpful staff.

daytime visiting is great, but by the time it's dark-- there are questionable crowds around the front of hotel, and the valet can take a bit to drop off. the rooms are nice, close to downtown activities. just be aware of your surroundings at night
