Beautiful property

I liked the breakfast the room size the WiFi was super strong that was amazing ! liked the hotel but it was dried up pee on the floor in my bathroom and hair. I took the pictures downstairs to the staff twice I talked with a manager and he just apologized but they have a sign that specifically says they guarantee cleanliness or the night stay is on them and also the kitchenette counter top was nasty I cleaned the room myself

What was most disappointing was that this was supposed to be an enjoyable birthday stay for my daughter, but she was so uncomfortable that she actually asked if we could leave. We ultimately checked out Saturday night instead of staying through Monday as originally planned. When your child asks to cut her own birthday stay short, that says a lot about the experience. I was extremely disappointed and would not stay here again.

The breakfast was awesome I loved the had bread chicken breast and not all pork products Room cleaned every day

We were able to check in early. The room and the hotel were very clean and appealing. There was a fitness center and an outdoor pool.

Breakfast was on par with all the other hotels I've stayed in that offer breakfast. The area was clean and options were average. The rooms were a nice size with plenty of amenities, especially for an extended stay. The outdoor pool area with a grill and seating looked nice and well kept. The only thing I can think of is the parking fee. I believe this is the first hotel I've ever stayed in that charged a nightly fee to park on the property.

The bed is a little hard. They absolutely must get rid of the desk chairs they have and get bigger more comfortable chairs. Did NOT like the $10.00 parking fee at all! Waffles are good! Add some fresh fruit cocktail…

The bed mattress was like sleeping in a sheet of Plywood. I got very little sleep for the 2 day stay.

Property was immaculate and staff very helpful. There are two areas where improvement could be made; 1. Sealed mattresses to prevent bedbugs. I didn’t see any but adding these would impress travelers. The breakfast was good but with just a few improvements could elevate this establishment exponentially. Adding more than one regular coffee and adding a few more breakfast items on hot trays would be nice.

This charge is gouging customers since it is not advertised.

The only reason I won’t get his venue five stars is because I didn’t know they allow pets in the hotel. I don’t do pets when I travel, but it was still cool. I didn’t smell anything, what I didn’t like about the pet situation was that they put the pets on any floor? They’re not confined to one certain floor so we can hear someone’s loud ass dog barking right across from my room.

Good Location very out dated and not to clean. Never kept fresh hot coffee in the front lobby and the breakfest was very horrible
