House keeping and the bar staff was the best. My room stayed clean and the bar staff had the customer service. Overall my experience was good Pool was closed. They gave the option to go to a sister site by the shuttle. Which was fine since the pool closed at 10p. But the shuttle stopped running at 7p. They said I Could drive myself with a pass but I would have to pay to park which is unacceptable. Plus the shuttle driver was just completely rude about. I already called and reported her. African American women with a short hair cut.

Location was great. Lots of places to eat near. The water pressure was really poor. Barely enough pressure to come out of the shower.

No complaints really, we visit Atlanta at least yearly and this is where we stay every time because it’s very clean and the staff is top tier!

There was a good selection of breakfast foods, the environment was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. One day the pool was closed, but there was no signage to indicate it.

They weren’t able to make keys for the rooms because something with the system went down, which is fine things happen. This caused the security guard having to walk everyone up to their room to let them in the security guard made a smart remark about me spitting in his drink told me that I look like someone that was spitting his drink due to him thinking I had an attitude I was aggravated, but I was not rude to him at all, I believe in respecting my elders, the remote was uncalled for when he seen that I was not going to matches ignorant behavior. He tried to change it up, as if he was joking. I told him that I didn’t take that as a joking matter, I let the front desk know, and she said that she would report it to the Manager other than that accident everything was OK. Front desk was good polite food was good. Happy hour between five and 630. Awesome I’ll be above was good minus the incident that happened with the security guard.
