Overall, this is a nice hotel, but maybe not quite what I expect from an Embassy Suites by Hiliton property. The "office" chair in the living room was well worn, The phone in the bedroom was inoperable. The mini fridge was not completely stable and would tilt when you opened it. Also, I was surprised to find that there was no coffee access after the end of breakfast.

There to see a concert with my son and his wife. Made for really nice time.

It was big and the room was clean Whatever Indian lady we talked to at the front desk was rude. They also ended breakfast at 9 am? We got there at 8:50 and the cook and a lady were just watching us hurrying us. So many other people were also annoyed that breakfast ends at 9?

Location was good Noise in the rooms, food was gross, some of the staff was rude. Found trash in my couch and added a picture to this post.

At first glance everything was good. Our room looked exactly like we booked, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, nice jacuzzi and pool. Our room leaked when it was raining so we woke up to a huge puddle of water and wet carpet and it was extremely stifling hot despite having the thermostat set to 60. I woke up several times during the night because it was too hot in our room.
