Clean room and friendly staff

The staff is very nice, the hotel is in need of repairs inside the rooms.

I usually really like this hotel and have stayed several times. This past trip though it was FREEZING everywhere in the hotel especially the ballroom where I was doing dance workshops (70s outside, probably 55 degrees inside). I attempted to turn the heating on in my room which did not work at all; I actually had to request a blanket, and I pretty much wore my one sweater for 4 days straight. Have never been so cold in my life. Very unpleasant. Also my shampoo and bodywash were not refilled despite requests. A disappointing stay.

Breakfast was average and need to keep hot items warm

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very well up kept. The rooms are rooming nice place to stay for a get away.

The staff did the best they could

The stay was nice and the staff was friendly, but we had to wait for a room to get cleaned after our check-in time.

Didn't like the property much. Felt like a older motel then a double tree.. The AC in the room barely worked to the point I had to call the from desk to change my room, The TV has literally only 2 channels. Not impressed and would not stay again.

Great Staff clean rooms - All staff needs a raise

My disappointment began at check-in. The staff member seemed disengaged and unwelcoming, not only with me but with other guests checking in as well. I was assigned Room 400, and the condition of the room was disappointing. The wall coverings had visible slits and damage, the shower was dirty, several areas needed repair, and the wood headboard had numerous scratches and indentations and appeared to need replacement. I shared my concerns with the front desk. When a maintenance staff member approached, the clerk asked if he was aware of the needed repairs. He said yes and explained that the window treatments were expensive to replace but had been ordered. I understand repairs can take time, but cleanliness and room condition should still meet Hilton standards. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I hope these concerns will be reviewed and appropriately addressed.

I loved everything about the hotel, the only issue I had was in my room the air want working properly but everything else was great

I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and overall a great experience. The only minor issue was that a few of the lamps were missing light bulbs, so they couldn’t be used. Aside from that, I had no complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the area and would recommend it to others!

The room and bathroom was clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant. Keep in mind there is no microwave in the room. Unfortunately the air wasn't working completely in my room. It was always at least 5 degrees warmer than what we had it set at. Other than thay this is a great hotel and I will stay here again.
