Great check in

We were on the last leg of our journey from Texas to North Carolina and were so looking to get “home” to our Marriott and relax before our last big push to our new forever home. We ran into what could have been a major issue for us as we were on the road and in no position to pivot to another choice…BUT Marriott representative Veronica came to the rescue and made a call to get the help we needed…her personal touch and initiative made a potential travel nightmare turn into the best night we had on our 72 jour trip! Thank you Miss Veroníca for saving the day!

The hotel was a good location outside of downtown Atlanta. The lobby is very inviting and the room was clean and comfortable. Evident carpet stains in the hallways and no included breakfast keep me from giving it 5 stars.
-
Even the restaurant was slow. They were obviously short staffed. There was only 2 people working the front of house. One guy tending bar and the other, who looked to be a manager or owner, was seating people, taking orders, running food, and bussing the tables.

Clean and quiet Price is a little steep
-
My room was immaculate, and comfortable. I enjoyed everything about it except for the barn door to the bathroom. The door wouldn’t stay on track.
-
Waiting time for elevator may be the only problem here!

Very good
-
mold in bathroom, remodeling was sloppy and not up to Marriott standards. Our room also wasn’t cleaned one day, and housekeeping never responded. The front desk’s attitude when I reported it was disappointing.
-
Let’s start with the staff 1000/10 super sweet & helpful. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean. Location was not far from shopping and eating places.

Nothing, everything was fine during stay!

Staff were very patient and helpful. Upon arriving to the hotel, I phoned to inform them of my late arrival. Night staff ensured they would inform the overnight staff. Check-in was an easy completed task. The room was nice and clean. I would not second guess lodging here again.
-
Everything was good, however the ice machine was bone dry and not operational.
-
Property was clean. We had a few issues with our room in which only one was fixed and that was after it broke yet again. Staff was nice but we never had a closed loop on anything. For the amount of the stay things could have been better.
